Surprised moopy hasn't bitten yet, there's been a thread for every previous album and radio has been all over these since they returned.

I wasn't sold on the lead single...



But this new one is absolutely gorgeous - it took a minute but I'm hooked

their last album is their best and is easy to get into! but their first has some really good sparkly pop tunes too.

Don’t stop until you’ve reached “How Can I Make It Ok?”

That song was in my Top 10 that year. They do ‘upflifting melancholy’ better than anyone!

The last album was my soundtrack to late 21. Along with 'Ok', the melancholy 'Last Man On Earth' and 'Delicious Things' are highlights. I also loved the rockier side of 'Smile' and 'Play The Greatest Hits'.

I need to check out the earlier albums as only really know the singles from them.

('Silk', 'The Last Man on Earth', 'Bros' = my faves from these guys. Excited to hear a new album.)

This album is REALLY GOOD. It's going to take a bit of time to bed in, because it lacks convention in lots of ways, but all good ways. It's gloriously overblown in places, lots of theatrical pop music.

I'm liking "Passenger Seat" a lot - part Fleetwood Mac 70s yacht rock, part The Sundays jangly 90s pop. "Safe In The World" is actually giving me ABBA at its most soulful, and I'm loving that too.

The new album hasnt really grown on me yet but I’m liking all the singles so far. There is a lot of Fleetwood Mac in there for sure.

Bloom Baby Bloom, Just Two Girls, Leaning Against The Wall and The Sofa are where it's at for me.

Because I am always many months behind everyone else, I have now decided this is the BEST ALBUM of 2025 (thus far)

The Sofa is beautiful, but I've also found the low key Wild Horses to be utterly HYPNOTIC, BREEZY and RELISTENABLE (if not necessarily BRIGHT)

They may just be the best British band we have right now.

Its deffos grown on me and while I still love Blue Weekend I do like this album.
