I binged the 8 episodes today and, while I enjoyed it mostly, it’s not really a “superhero” show. It does have superhero elements but it’s not the main focus of the writing.
If you know the comic book character, this is certainly not him. Yahya Abdul-Mateen Is a really good actor and I think he does the best with what he’s given.
