I'm hoping for something halfway between Goldfrapp and Marina with a side order of disco.

I'm expecting something halfway between Ellie Goulding and Katy Perry with a side order of Mariah.

I could get on board with this - she has a great pop voice, a bit of attitude, and is slightly interesting. Bring it on.

Keisha Buchanan has revealed that she encouraged Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts to release a solo album.

The former Sugababes star, who is working on her debut solo album, congratulated Roberts on her recent solo record deal via her Twitter page.

She wrote: "Congrats 2 Nicola (GA) Ive been pushing her 2 go solo 4 a while now lol I think she'll do brill. Gonna meet & play her my stuff soon 2 whoop! (sic)"

Oh i can't wait to search for Nicola in my itunes and get a whole album of her dulcet tones. I don't think i'm going to be able to sleep much until then. Already the world seems like a much more beautiful and just place in the knowledge that it is going ahead.

I hope Patron Saint Of Pop Acts Who Clearly Won't Sell Very Much PETER LORRAINE is involved in this. I don't want any further disappointments, i'm pretty fragile.

I realise it's boring to read about other peoples dreams, nevertheless, I had a dream last night that I shared a toilet cubicle with Nicola (only to PISS, not shit or take drugs). I forgot to ask her about her forthcoming SOLO OPUS, as I was desperate to take a leak, as I recall.

I'm going to get a t-shirt printed which states "NICOLA ROBERTS PISSED IN MY PRESENCE IN A DREAM". The ironic gays will LOVE ME.

I'm pretty sure she actually meant that she pushed Nicola down a flight of stairs, our Quishe never disappoints when it comes to bullying.
