I listened to Jack & Jill Party today. It's quite good really. Shame nothing else came of it.

To be honest I think a Pete Burns record going top 75 at ALL was quite an achievement for 2004. It was two years prior to CBB too so his profile was pretty much non-existent.
I knew there'd be somebody, and if it wasn't Eileen I knew it'd be SLAVE![]()

I'd like to think that my opinion is more INFORMED. As DEMONSTRATED at Star's wedding when it was claimed he'd never heard anything before NINETEEN NINETY FIVE.
Just because I'm not into Moopy gay interest icons.
I think this song is ok. Not dreadful but not AMAZING. Even Jessica Simpson couldn't turn it into anything other than an average pop song. I wouldn't turn it off, but I don't think I'd ever actively seek it out.

Donna Summer, the woman who brought dance music to the mainstream, officially reduced to Moopy gay interest icon.

What other "Moopy gay interest icons" could Slave not name a SINGLE song by?
I remember Depeche Mode, Erasure, pretty much every artist Eileen mentioned...

Of course I know who Donna Summer IS. But I wouldn't know more than 2-3 of her songs.
You couldn't name ANY unprompted!
I was INCREDULOUS!Champagne for my real friends, ZYKLON B for any DEAF CUNT who gave this less than TEN
I was at a pub quiz on Monday and in the picture round there were "people who died in 2012" and Donna Summer was one of them in a very well known and obvious pose. Not one of my team recognised her (and they are all around my age) and then the team we swapped with said "Whitney Houston"
