Hmmm. I do LIKE this but it's not one of my favourites from 1995 which is a CLASSIC year. I would rank Spain, Slovenia, Greece, Israel and France above it. So for me, sixth is about right.

Absolutely adore it. I don't think 'noise' is a fair description at all - it's incredibly melodic.

It reminds me of an old Italian entry from the fifties, in a good way.

After about two years' consideration, I'm comfortable stating this as my favourite Eurovision song of all time. In the context of grasping onto the happy memories and normality of the past amidst daily shelling, absurdly moving. On its own terms, jawdroppingly beautiful. The harmonies, the sentiment, the utter joy of the chorus, that killer final note - sheer perfection.

Obviously I think this is wonderful, but I prefer Danijela's 1998 entry.

After Dorisgate they kind of gave up.

I am just glad they are back! Hopefully they'll make more of an effort. They haven't been top 10 since 2001., and they last qualified in 2009, and even then only because of the back up jury!
