Tuesday doesn’t spark joy

I'm having my second nose bleed in a week. I used to get them all the time as a kid but I've not had one for YEARS. Rotten

I've nearly fallen over twice on the way to work. Time to get the crampons out.

Perhaps I tempted fate with that post about breaking a bone yesterday. I think doing one of my hips in would probably be a bit OTT.

Woo, someone at work managed to copy a mailing list containing thousands of global users by mistake.

Now I'm getting 5 e-mails a minute, with half of them saying "I shouldn't be on this list, I think this is a mistake" and half of them, without a hint of irony, saying "STOP REPLYING ALL!!!!1111one".

I've come to the conclusion that everyone is an idiot and must be destroyed

This sounds like a great marketing opportunity - send a link to Moopy to all.

Actually they all sound like idiots so maybe not

Good Morning loves. It is snowing here too, so I have decided to kick back with my feet up as it would be far too dangerous to think about leaving the house let alone driving. Frankly, I can’t be ARSED.

Latest hot office gossip: OUTRAGE as RECENT RECRUIT places HANDBAG on CHAIR that belonged to colleague who went off sick two years ago and has since DIED

You have spare seats? We're like sardines in here.

Complete with the smell, depending on which floor you're on...

Clumsy old Mr F fell downstairs spectacularly this morning, sounded like the side of the house fell off. He was accompanied by a pint-pot that was two-thirds full of Vimto, his Samsung tablet and a cup of cold coffee. No need for hospital but he's on the crutch now as his right leg's not working but thankfully he managed not to land on the jagged shards of glass. There was glass everywhere and Vimto down the walls and on the carpet. I've had to get him to the doctor across the road and home again then gone to work and picked paperwork up to do at home. I'm knackered.

Oh we had one of them last year. UGH PEOPLE. After a couple of hours I just set up a rule to send them straight to Deleted Items.

Ouch. Vimto will be a bugger to get out of the carpet, no?

I just realised how heartless that made me sound. OBVIOUSLY I am glad that Mr F is relatively unscathed.

I heard Vimto is disproportionately popular in the Middle East, something to do with Ramadan?

VIMTO FORUM NOW

It doesn't seem to be too bad, I brushed up the glass then hoovered it then used a bowl of soapy water on it. It looks OK but it's still slightly damp so I'm hoping it doesn't show up when it dries properly. We could do with a new carpet anyway I suppose.

But the Vimto! Was it cordial or sparkling?

Cordial obviously! Sparkling Vimto is all kinds of wrong unless it's Vimto and Lemonade and you're five years old.

Cordial is better

I used to mix Coca Cola and Sprite when I was a kid. Don’t know what that was supposed to be like. Kids are stupid

But Vimto of all things! I always thought it was one of those specifically local things like Parma Violets

Well, I was settling in for a snowstorm, but I doubt the little penguin's queef we ended up with is likely to devastate commuter services across the West Midlands the way I was hoping.

Also I like fizzy Vimto in a can as a bit of a treat. I tell myself it counts towards my five a day because it's made of fruit.
