15 years in and still going strong. This place has been an absolute haven for me when I have been going crazy in my “real life” and has drove me crazy in my “internet life”. I love each and every one of you and want to say Let’s DANCE, SING, and get FUCKED UP, and look forward to bringing Moopy to the next 15 years and beyond.

2034? I like to think of me @lolly and @Floppet sitting side by side in our retirement village spouting what we want the likes of you, VoR and the other WHIPPERSNAPPERS to type for us as we succumb to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

In other news, I'm trying to find a way to do mixing/mastering etc while listening to other people's music at the same time. The word "quantum" is being bandied around.

Been busy - admin. And music. And writing. I have too much on the go but surprisingly little imperative to do any of it...so when I feel like it, I have to really go for it because my next dose of the CBAs is around the corner and could last weeks.
 
As a sort of on-off hopper of the rickety old cruise ship moopy, it's quite lovely to see it still be around after all this time and somehow still maintain a certain identity that made it appealing in the first place.

I take it as a given it's not going to attract swathes of new members every month but as long as we don't all DIE, another 15 years seems entirely possible
 
I think recent activity suggests a desire for Moopy to be here. Yes, we had a rough patch last year and I'm personally still feeling the effects but I elected to try and just keep posting through the problem in much the same way as you don't just storm out of your job if there's turbulence there.
