Do you have to be in Amsterdam? Den Haag looked a much better bet when I researched living in Holland. Cheaper, nicer, bigger properties, less brits puking up on doorstep.

My job is right in the centre of Amsterdam so basically I do yeah. And I want to be there! I just don't know how one is supposed to navigate the property scene when the Dutch are so reluctant to even RESPOND to internationals/expats
