Also got shitcanned last night, including half a bottle of whiskey, but as I'd done a mini triathlon in the gym, I guzzled a load of CBD to stop my muscles hurting and woke up feeling fucking fresh. I was up making Ms Ron coffee and breakfast at 8:30.

I've got a stag in Benidorm on a few weeks and because I felt so grubby booking it, I decided to spend a night in Alicante on my own on the way home in a Spa. Just bothered to check Alicante out and it looks lovely.

There's a local woman who does an Indian head massage, 45 minutes for £25 which is very reasonable. She looks a bit like Millie Tant which does kill the ambience to start with, but after a few minutes I manage to put that out of my head.
