I have already been very busy. Lot's of house work and life admin.

DEAD NOW.

Later night than usual for me because I went to see Stereolab (who were absolutely mighty - really hit that transcendent sweet spot for me several times) but I got up early (7.30) to listen to a radio broadcast of Kelly Moran performing live which doesn't look as if it's going to archived so, had to. Then I went back to bed for a bit. Now it's now.

I had a brilliant time last night at pride. So much fun. Met a nice guy IRL too

I have just treated myself to a gorgeous pair of very high heels for when I am back on my feet. :disco:

I've had a very middle aged weekend. Mowed the lawn yesterday and I've just cleaned the car inside and out.

Good boy. I am sure you get plenty of offers? Far too pretty to be single.

I’m still waiting for you to ask me out love :disco:

Like all my LTRs our relationship might be sexless but at least we’d have company when watching the telly :D

Well I've already done everything I wanted to do today. I've applied for my student loan, sent off invoices, transferred a pension, applied for further copywriting work, changed the cat litter, hoovered, taken in the washing and popped to Aldi.

It's kinda too muggy outside to enjoy a walk, so I'm now just chilling in front of a fan.

Is it not meant to be early 30’s next week in England?

Yes I think the temperature is set to go up. Sadly it's just very hot and cloudy today. AGAIN.

I hope the court has air con.

Several of my workmates are going to Glastonbury. They are all in their 40s and 50s. The younger ones don't seem particularly interested.

I REALLY am jealous about not going to Glastonbury this year.

When is Janet on?

I feel prehistoric that I last went to Glastonbury 19 years ago.

Back then, we broke in and took way too much acid.

I'm on jury duty tomorrow.

How things change.

Does it start midweek? I thought it started next Friday.

Gates open wednesday. It used to be that there wasnt music wednesday but this year theres a few small stages and djs on. I’m going tuesday because I’ve got a staff ticket so i dont have to endure the scrum that is everyone trying to get a good camping spot. Which is good but it means I’m basically going on a 6 day bender now.

Aw wow, I bet it’s going to be amazing. I don’t think I could personally do it now, but the line up looks pretty incredible this year and I will be sure to catch it on the tv.

The last festival I went to was T in the Park ( not sure if anyone hasn’t heard of it?) it was held a couple of miles from where I live, but I stayed in a ready made Teepee with a bed, electricity and it’s own shower. I haven’t camped at a festival for about 15 years, but I did used to absolutely love the banter at the camp site. Everyone was always so lovely.
