Not even going to be that warm up here. You can keep your European heat. Coming over here, stealing our jerbs

Payday here too, yaaas. Although that tax bill has nabbed £200 off me already. Still, I hate owing money and they didn't take it off my wage, I paid it manually so...

Also Moopy, I have a question.

What is the correct name for those foamy things that go over the earpiece on a telephone headset? You know the type, anyone who works or has worked in a call centre has used them. My foamy thing has finally collapsed after 8 years of (sporadic) service and I need a new one but no-one knows what to look up(!).

Tomorrow is going to be roasting innit

Yeah, but then the temperature is meant to plunge overnight to Sunday. I may well just sedate myself for the next 36 hours.

There'll be such a smell of sizzling flesh at Glasto that all the vegetarians will have to leave.

What about all those snowflake vegans, ditching their principles to go to a WORKING DAIRY FARM?!?!

Oh, come on, it's not like you have to artificially inject hormones into a cow yourself in order to gain entrance.

Well, not anymore.

They're just called foam ear cushions for headsets.

Some people are singing SUPER TROUPER really badly outside my office

Just take someone else's headset when they aren't looking.

I hate those headsets. To this day I've never worn one.

I guess I've never had a job where I've been on the phone enough to justify it. As it is, a cricked neck allows me to do both for short periods.

France records hottest ever temperature of 44.3°c. Poor bastards.

At this rate, their crosses and pitchforks will catch fire by themselves.

Still, nice time for Notre Dame to be al fresco, innit?

Fuck knows what I’m thinking but I’m off on a date to Dunfermline :D

If I don’t post tomorrow send help pls

I am so fucking BORED.

I really want to drink, but will only regret it tomorrow. Mr Ag is in bed for the fourth night in a row with a MIGRAINE. I expect the weekend to be a write off as a result.

Does Mr Ag have special painkillers for his migraines? The GP gave Mr F some that stop it in its tracks within a couple of days, although his migraines would be classed as medium rather than severe.
