And like a diva, little baby Dannii has been awake most of the night just smiling at me before falling asleep at 7am.

I woke up at 6am to the sounds of "Speakerphone", leapt out of bed, went for a lovely swim in the sea, played "X" in the shower and am now sat at my desk, quietly at peace with Monday.

WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!

Morning Lovers.

This office feels awfully DRAB. It looks as if most of these heathens didn't worship yesterday.

I'm having a bad head day and I'm having to pretend I'm tired to sell it as normal to all the new people.

I just got an email from my old PHD supervisors who I am supposed to be seeing next week that started "Peter and I are going to Kazakhstan in 10 minutes"

Also "(accommodation) has been reserved for those who asked. The booking for all (no idea why) is in the name of Professor Rudd"

Some things NEVER CHANGE :D

I’m still absolutely fucked from the weekend

I had zero energy for work today

I gave my current package over to the aforementioned person representing the company that wants to headhunt me on Thursday morning and expected it to be too high for them to be interested, but said person told me this morning their MD would be in touch very soon (she was surprised he hadn’t already) but not via my work email. Considering he has me on LinkedIn, Facebook, my work Twitter and has my personal email address, I’ve spent all day a bit anxious but with fuck all forthcoming.

LIGHT MAY BE AT THE END OF THIS SHITTY WORK TUNNEL!

I wish someone would headhunt me. I don't think any employer has ever been quite so USELESS

Mind you it's quite nice to get to the point where you just don't give a FUCK any more :)

TIred. Kylie was great, especially all that rainbow glitter glistening in the sun. The mushrooms helped.

Ron!! Who was best of the weekend? I watched most of the tv coverage and Kylie and The Killers tickled my pickle.

I probably saw more acts and more of Glastonbury than ever, the weather really helped as did not being in a huge group this year. I saw a really 'poppy' lineup this year, The Killers were great, I went to that knackered but a bag of red wine and some bumps really helped. Mr Brightside was a big lazer fuelled karaoke singalong, Kylie was brilliant and I've never seen that many people on the main stage, some of the dance music stuff was insane too. In one day I went from listening to pounding techno in a sweaty tent to listening to an amazing female blues singer, the diversity and level of detail and effort to every part of the event is truely what makes it special.
