Morning.

I don't have anything to say for myself really but daily thread streak etc.

I am feeling rather under the weather health wise. My "is it a cold or hayfever" debate continues. Mentally I'm right in the mood to go out and enjoy the day, but I feel rest is best.

I've got to the age where bending down (well more specifically the getting up again) is too much effort. I just walked past a 20 pence piece on the pavement outside and left it there.

I noted a 20p piece on the floor of the taxi I took home on Friday. I picked it up but waited until I got my purse out to pay so I could pretend I'd dropped it if necessary.

Went to see my HOT doctor yesterday, I was convinced my kidneys were failing (because of the DRUGS I take), turns out it’s just the muscles in my back.

It’s another beautiful day here so I am in my safe haven with a lovely bottle of red watching the world go by.

GOTTA MAKE THE MOST OF IT.

Brunch with friends, followed by a 6 mile walk along the beach, lovely little swim, couple of glasses of wine on the seafront, fish and chips on the beach, another little swim, a shower, red face, clean sheets.

All in all, it’s been rather a pleasant day.

I'm sure moopy doesn't care at all, but England are the Cricket World Cup winners. :disco:

If my neighbours aren't cricket fans, they may be wondering why I have been shouting things like 'step on the rope' at my TV over the last hour or so.

I don't understand cricket since it went all colourful

What even is a SUPER OVER

(PLEASE DON'T EXPLAIN)
