What IS the absence process?

You have a "back to work" with a manager. They then review your absence over a 3 months, 6 month and 12 month period. You may then have an "Absence Review Meeting", after which you can be given a written warning for being off too much. verbal warnings were recently abolished to "streamline" the process i.e. make it easier to fire people. No-one can be fucked with it so they bring their germs in.
