I am doing absolutely nothing apart from stuffing my face and most probably knocking back some wine. I CANT WAIT.

What are we all up to?
 
We may go row a boat on a river tomorrow morning. Beyond that just coping.

I usually go out with my mum on Saturdays but she's off to Arran on a trip with the girls so I have a rare free weekend. It's going to be lovely weather so I might see if one of my friends wants to go and drink wine somewhere.

My Italian class starts back on Monday so I'll probably spend Sunday looking over some stuff, I haven't opened a book in weeks!

I really wanted to go there when I was last in Glasgow but everyone was so SLUGGISH

I've just been out with Mr M and his mum, great food, great wine, now I just feel like smoking some crack and going to bed
 
I have a third date tomorrow night, we are going to a place called Six By Nico, which is pretty popular in these parts. I'm excited because I've wanted to go for a while.

As I've got said date staying tomorrow night, I'm spending the night cleaning. Hot Friday night. Kim Woodburn would at least be proud.
 
tonight - gym, chill, tv catch up
tomorrow - taking my mum out for her birthday. Going to head into Greenwich early evening for what looks like it might be the last of the hot weather this year..will be lovely around the cutty sark area. have booked Sticks and Sushi whats it like @Sheena ?

I loved Sticks and Sushi! Service good, hot sake great, the ridiculous sushi platters amazing. We ordered for 10 and 4 didn’t actually come so had ridiculous amounts of food. The mega sushi platter (Sushi sister?) was great, there was a random thing of raw stuff which was incredible (had raw scallops on it but not sure what else) and for sticks we had salmon (amazing), meatballs (everyone else said amazing)

I didn’t do the ordering so can’t say I am being that much help...
 
I’ve been in London for a conference and just decided on a whim to stay up with Mr Sheena rather than us going home. Just found a phenomenal Vietnamese in Peckham, had gorgeous food there, couple of drinks and just got in. Going to go to bed so we can get out and back home mega early.

Tomorrow, sea swim in the morning, interview prep in the afternoon, nothing in the evening.

Sunday, packing, more interview prep, wedding anniversary curry in the evening.

Monday- off to Istanbul for three nights on the way to Doha for the athletics for 11 nights :disco:

Sounds delicious. Was going to go to Sushi Samba but friend recommended this for good sushi at a decent price. Yeah I have seen the platters look great will probably go for those. The sticks I have my eye on the chicken
 
I seem to have come down with a cold as well as this ongoing fucking back pain, so I'll mostly be staying in crying and masturbating.
 
@Sheena - is this the interview for the job you were talking about a few weeks ago? When is it?

There’s a job come up in my company which I really would love. I’ve got some of the skills they need but I don’t think I’ve got enough experience but I’m contemplating applying anyway...

No, it’s different. Job I applied for on Sunday. Massive company looking to move into translation and wanting someone to head it up. Not 100 percent certain it’s the right role as, although it’s right up my street, I know how hard it is to break into the translation world and it very much depends on their approach. We’ll see- it’s on Tuesday when I’m in Istanbul...

I’m going to a techno do in Manchester, starts at 2, and is in a skatepark under a motorway. I’ll deffos be the oldest cunt there, but it sounded too good not to go.
 
Really wish I hadnt had a load of spicy food last night though.
 
In between getting off my tits and punching the air to 140bpm bangers I’ll be defending my childs right to protest. Why are so many white old people angry about kids giving a shit about their planet?

I am very excited. Although the only time I could get there tonight was at 9pm, which does seem a bit late for food, but at least I got a table. :disco:
