Third single Harleys in Hawaii coming Wednesday - here's the horrible artwork

 
I’m oddly quite liking the theme she’s going with. It’s rubbish, but in a ‘well why not?’ way I think it is at least something different.

Song title doesn’t fill me with hope mind.

I do have a fondness for gaudy late 60s aesthetics, but I actually like that artwork (a lot more than the last single's artwork anyway).
 
I don’t MIND the stuff she’s put out so far.

It all just feels a bit directionless at the moment. Is there an album on the horizon, or are we just chucking out singles until something sticks and then working from there?

imho my problem with her is that IT's just so FRUSTRATING how bitch loses it after getting it right with the first single, she never learns

What did the title change like that? It was all about earlier singles until the last page!

not “Katy Perry 5th album”?
 
there is no album coming any time soon so makes more sense for the title to change with each single.
 
I mean Small Talk generated about four posts so it's hardly worth the bother. This one will do just fine.
 
It's a bit confusing this way, if you ask me! I realise nobody DID ask me, don't worry :tongueout:

I was THRILLED at the idea that NZ got it so right and gave her a smash, but alas it was #2...on the Heatseekers chart :( (I.e. #42)
 
Yeah, the name change completely threw me. Change it back and let’s have a new thread please.
 
Honestly I've REALLY grown to like Witness to the point that I think it might be my favorite album from her. It's a bit of mess yes but I LIKE that she actually experimented on it unlike on these new inoffensive Spotify algorithm turds she keeps churning out. It's sad that she was probaby so discouraged by the feedback to Witness that she's afraid to even utter the word ALBUM now.
 
I like the artwork, it's the best she's looked in a while

and yeah, Never Really Over has cemented itself nicely in her back catalogue of hit singles if you ask me.

She has been speaking about this track since the start of the new material, hoping it is as catchy and decent as it promises to be
 
I don’t HATE it.

I just think it’s the sort of song that would work better mid-album campaign.

As a stand-alone single, I don’t think it’s going to have the time to breathe and grow.
 
I really like it - it's different for her, and mature, but I have a feeling its not going to do MUCH
