The Viv looked ridiculous in that work room outfit. It is a current gay boy look, but she's no twink (only 26?!).
 
I'd guess The Vivienne was pushing 40. And yes, that outfit was a choice.

To be fair to Blu, as the youngest remaining queen, she'd almost certainly have been prompted to ask 'What was Section 28?' to make that section feel organic.

I did think it was quite lovely, as far as these tragedy mirror moments go though. Divina's talking head about her experiences at school felt truly heartfelt.
 
There certainly were sparks with Crystal and not just from her fireworks fanny. Such a shame she didn't channel her meth addict Nicki Graham further for Snatch, but fair play to her for never seeming desperate about what was going on when not rising to the occasion.
 
I was just pleased that they blamed Thatcher, after making her a comedy figure last week. I mean I'm sure the red eyes were alluding to evil, but it wasn't explicit.
 
Now THAT was an episode! One of the best actual songs for a while too, and Emma Niqué... oh sorry I mean MNEK, was lovely too.

I’d go with the triple win too, their group was great. Blu had my favourite runway, Baga has my favourite perf (and looked so good during it), and Divina was the backbone, while I thought her runway was a little pale.

I didn’t really get why they were going on about her creative Divina’s runway was - I mean sure Viv’s and Cheryl’s (and Baga’s) were pretty standard ideas, but is a jockey THAT much more creative than a horse and a gimp?

Cheryl gave my best performance out of the lot, I love watching her perform, though the moves are a bit samey now. Felt like a bit of a troll move to make her de facto 4th though.

The Viv is fairly unlikeable, but Crystal more so, and that limp sync... what does Crystal normally do? And that wig did not need to be brought back for a reveal.

I wish they’d pick a lipsync song I liked... is that the best Little Mix song they could choose? Where’s Salute?? And a better Eurythmics song a few weeks ago

1. Baga - talking heads aren’t that fun but I like her and she’s deserving so far
2. Divina - emotionally all over the place but the heart of the season and the looks are good
3. Blu - still loving her runways, fun attitude and decent reads
4. The Vivienne - like Graham said she has been invincible so far, I just wish I liked her more
5. Cheryl - I still like her and they’ve been really shitty with her so far, this isn’t her season. I hope she gets a win (or least a great lip sync).

She didn't give a shit about her group, it looked like a singer with 2 background singers/dancers. She had no problem outshining them, I would have put her lipsyncing for her life too.

This ain’t no RuPaul’s best friend race! She wasn’t a team leader either, why should she have been punished because the other two were shit?
 
Plus it was quite clear that she was the dancer, The Vivenne was the singer, and Crystal was the other one, wasn't it? And in turns of out shining them, she didn't know that The Viv was going to fuck it up. Of course she's going to ramp it up in the one thing she knows she's good at, when by her own admission she's been mediocre before.

I don't think she should be held accountable for their loss or thrown into the lipsync. She was the best thing about that team, and they would have lost even harder if she had lowered herself to their level to accommodate them.
 
A minor CRIITUQUE I'm sure, but the placement on Ru's "KLEIN, EPSTEIN & PARKER" suit was unforgivable.
 
I mean there is a clear top 3 and bottom 2 left now isn't there... if Blu takes Divina's place in the final I'll be fuming.

I really do think the show needs a bit of a revamp in the US. Even just some different challenges would be good... we always know roughly what they're going to be and roughly the order too.
 
Pretty good episode. Why are the UK confessionals so unbearable though?

Thought the lip sync was mediocre at BEST.

Glad Cheryl is staying at least until Cheryl
 
I never believe them when they say "THIS IS WHAT I WAS GOING TO WEAR". Yeah right luv, you've had six months and a bit of money since then to prepare these UNSEEN looks up until the day you've posted it :manson:
 
Yet half the time with this lot, it's still pretty shoddy.
 
Who are the FAN FAVOURITES of season one then? I’m going for Crystal, Divina and Baga.

Interesting I read on reddit that Divina and The Vivienne rarely get any time together on the show because Divina apparently didn’t speak to The Viv much on camera at all as they had issues pre-filming, but Divina didn’t want this to impact her time/edit on the show.
 
Divina and Baga I'd say, but Cheryl? Not really feeling any wider public affection for her.

I'd probably put Blu in third.

As a contestant I love her. But I wouldn't call her a fan favourite, I don't think.

Oh same. Drag Queens are pretty much MEANT to be professional cunts most of the time, so I don’t have much of an issue with it, particularly as Viv walks the walk and brings receipts to back herself up.
