Morning.

In work.

It's deserted because of the annual Christmas party.

There may be shitposting.

Only my second weekend of not doing-VAT-at-home since September. Unfortunately this means we're in desperate need of a proper big shop and all the cleaning that I've been neglecting needs doing so my procrastinatory self is playing Candy Crush and I've written dog food, dog biscuit, dog ham, Dentastix, Rodeo and Jumbones on a shopping list. It's clear who is the most important member of this household.

I say working I'm just setting up all the accounting software and VAT registration and HMRC shit for this new company before Ms Ron dutifully takes over and becomes the female version of Jordan Belforts Dad. Can't wait to go on a company trip to Vegas.

After the last post I went into the kitchen to do my shopping list. The fridge is now switched off and empty and the inside is covered in bicarb paste, the racks and boxes are in the dishwasher and the kitchen looks like a bomb's hit it. Fridge is nearly clean inside but shopping list still isn't done.

I shouldn't be allowed near cleaning products. :(

Well, work has been busier than anticipated. Not pleased.

My energy levels have been all over the place today. I went to bed at 3am for no good reason, other than student life has left me going to bed excitingly late again. Then the cunt family next door woke me up at 8am. Binged on coffee, phoned all my relevant huns, had some breakfast and now I'm shagged.

I was contemplating starting the mammoth task of putting up the decorations in the house, but I decided to put it off for another week. I have been playing a Christmas playlist whilst knocking up a vegetable Thai red curry for tea whilst glugging on a beautiful glass of red. A must when cooking up a storm.

I miss the days when the kids tried to help me decorate the tree, and I followed behind them to rectify the mess they were making of it all. They grow up so quick. :(

I am watching Pointless. If anyone is looking for some inspiration for next years death pool I would recommend Michael Fish.

After cleaning the inside of the fridge I then pulled out the tumble dryer and fridge from under the worktop, cleaned behind them and the outsides of them both too. Spent over three hours doing it and then wrote my shopping list and did a biggish shop. Got most of the stuff we needed but decided to just buy 12 tins of dogfood (instead of 60 tins) and get the rest on a delivery during the week. I also filled in the holes at the side of the extension where the mice got in yet again, put more poison and wire wool down the hole, filled it in and then covered it with bricks and set up three traps where I reckon they'll try digging next to it.

I'm pretty pleased with how much I've got done today so I'm going to lush it up with chinese for tea and later I'm going to make myself a nice big spliff and watch Yellow Submarine.

I wish I had Floppets work ethic. I only showered two hours ago

I did buy bin bags though, which I’ve been meaning to do for a week. So I’m giving myself a pat on the back.

Ive been watching Die Hard and now have switched over to the boxing.

It isn't a work ethic, it's some kind of annoying mental problem. I start to do one thing (writing a shopping list) and in the course of doing it I notice something else looks a bit grubby so I start to clean it which leads to noticing something else in the vicinity is a bit grubby and the cycle continues until somebody (Mr F) or something (tobacconist closing in an hour and it's starting to get dark) breaks me out of it.
