This I agree with. They were even after the juries and the public favourite (albeit only by a point) won overall. I mean if you want to look at "robbed" 2005 is the year - and even *gasp* 2008 to a degree.
 
Also, they HAVE to add more light to The Mama’s performance; it’s FAR too dark. A GOLDEN SHOWER towards the end wouldn’t go amiss, either.

Throw in two female and one male backing singer to replace the CRANKED UP TO TOLV backing vocals in the bridge, and they’re SET.
 
Rewatching the voting, they actually laugh at Mariette getting 9 points :D Also Felix face is priceless.
 
That was close! Great that women did so well, last year I think there was no female act in the top 5 or so.
 
It's nice to have the scoreboard flipped after pretty much all the women finished in the bottom half last year.

"Brave" had no business coming within 3 points of winning the public vote though or finishing ahead of "Kingdom Come".
 
It is a disastrous result for Felix, much as I pretended to love the song. *removes from Spotify*

It's all the butthurt Dotter fans. It wi;l even out eventually. On the night, they were better than she was, and they had a great draw. Although they were on third, it felt like the night had ARRIVED when they took to the stage. It wasn't my favourite, but they were great, they are likeable and it;s a feel good song.

Also can we just LOOK at that result. Top 4 ALL female acts! And by some distance with the televote! :disco:

Congrats to the Mamas they deserved it as they performed great in the final. Dotter's final performance didn't have the same nerve as in the semifinals and her preview sucked. Can't help but think them crying in their preview pushed them over the edge though. A big loss for ESC 2020 :mor:
 
If she was nervous at this imagine what she would have been like at Eurovision. I don't think she'll be THAT bothered. I don't think she was as hungry for the win as they were. She'll be happy with a big hit.

I’ve just seen Jacob Karlberg in the 7/11, still wearing his cunty hat.
Also I was outside smoking with a Lover of Valdaro last night and he was shitfaced, and Malou was there drinking despite being quite famously underage.
 
Move is good but for me it’s the worst Swedish entry since 2013 and I wonder if this will make the top 10.

Frans was worse than coronavirus. The fact that he won with the biggest percentage/margin ever (or something like that) is something I still don't understand.

Sweden have been coasting on soulless pop for a long while now. The Mamas winning with an actual good song is a breath of fresh air, and might actually stop Christer's bizarre obsession with mumbly boys performing songs so self-consciously cool they forget to be any good.
