the site i follow for coronavirus stats has crashed. it's gone back to old numbers.
 
bulgaria's chart run so far: 1 - 3 - 7 - 23 (today).

one death and one escape from quarantine so far.

Yes. Some of my anxiety is health-based so it's stinging a little. Thus far, I've kept on top of it but I'm definitely feeling it. I have friends who live with chronic illness and I'm genuinely concerned for them.

we work with top secret classified documents and we're good. obviously measures are in place (VPN), shouldn't your company have a similar solution?

I think a laugh is more appropriate. Looking at how bad Trump was looking recently (the amount of make up on him to cover up) I’m hoping he’ll get it bad.
 
My mum is fit and healthy and lives in the middle of nowhere, and my dad also lives rurally and hates people so I'm not worried about either of them. Fully imagine my dad is using it as a handy excuse not to have to spend time with his wife's extended family.

Mr Kate's mum is fucked if she gets it due to over 70 years of chain-smoking. But she is housebound at the moment so unless Mr Kate, his sister or the cleaner pass it on she should be safe. TOUCH WOOD (and then wash hands)
 
as long as you can establish a secure connection to your work network from home, the employer needs to EDUCATE THEMSELF

We’re also not allowed to work from hole due to the same GDPR reason, plus about 60 in the office work in a call centre environment anyway.

my flat mate has been working from home this week and it’s been near impossible due to the VPN being very slow. Probably due to network traffic.

ultimately, it feels like it will exacerbate inequality to a point where systemic change needs to happen. i just hope it will be positive change.

Caution for what? 1000 dead Italians pensioners isn't tearing apart the fabric of society apart. The hysterical reactions are causing the damage. It seems the media have led governments at every stage during this

i'm going out in a bit. our bar's not working but a bunch of us are meeting at another friend's bar. if anything i've become more social over the past week. in tiny groups obviously.
