Yeah I can't say I'm that excited, but nice to see some of those queens back on TV.
 
Is this not going to be just like the makeover challenge? :confused:
 
I think I'll hold judgement until I see the calibre of celebrity.
 
I like the idea, because it will bring back some of our favourite queens (well, only Alyssa really) without it being All Stars.
 
Yeah this is decent, the winners series is never going to happen, so they might as well bring back some as a special series.

I wonder if this is going to be a one-off special or a series

Maybe if they threw Merle a bone I'd be more into this, but it's overload and if it's just straight men I'm going to be even less into it.
 
Premiers on Friday 24th April, so before the current season ends.

Past contestants Alyssa Edwards, Asia O’Hara, Bob The Drag Queen, Kim Chi, Monét X Change, Monique Heart, Nina West, Trinity the Tuck, Trixie Mattel and Vanessa Vanjie Mateo will return to aid the transformations and offer their expertise to the new competition.

So essentially it's just Drag U: Z-List Celebrity Edition.
 
They really must think it's shit if they are dropping it mid season.

So will they stop this season to air this or go hand in hand?
 
When will they run out of episodes for this season? I assumed it’d just take over while they sorted out that.
 
The next All Stars is filmed already but that's it. The 2nd UK show was supposed to be filmed in April but obviously that didn't happen.
 
Given that Alyssa will be ignoring any kind of challenge and just be mugging for the camera, I'll be there too.
 
If they have some ex boyband members I could have high hopes for the lip syncs. I just don't want any sense of "lol I'm dressing up as a woman" - they have to go for it.
 
Yes, here for this! Why is it “Secret celebrity”?

It would be a bit strange if we don’t see any of the buildup, and only see then dragged up and have to work out who they are later
 
I made it as far as the one with the beard talking about his active decision not to tuck and then turned off.

So as predicted the 'celebrities' are all absolute nobodies. I'll pass I think.
 
I've seen the list of celebrities throughout. Bizarrely they become slightly more recognisable later on.

I looked it up on Wikipedia and one of them doesn't even have their own page. Sad.
