I actually posted the first song that came up on shuffle my 1000+ Spotify pop playlist once I decided to play hence no video etc. I’ll give the next one more thought though I do like Soraya.

I haven't checked, tbh. I know she's cut her hair and is giving it loads in a more recent video but I haven't got round to her recent album yer.

Oh if only I could say the same. I thought they were all fairly mediocre to dreadful apart from the ones I voted for and of course MINE :tongueout:
 
The song which came third in my votes was probably my biggest new takeaway because the two above it were already very familiar to me and liked by me already.
 
On a more positive note (might as well milk that udder because it’ll be dry as a bone this time tomorrow once the recriminations kick in :disco:) my top three are all PROPERLY FABULOUS and one of them even resulted in my buying an actual album by the artisté in question :shock:
 
I'm all for awarding diverse and experimental entries but they have to be at least a BIT enjoyable. I'm aware some were musically more creative and interesting but, you know...

Now I'm possibly lying to myself and making excuses but I do think that's why my votes were a TAD basic on the basis they won by default, although I will defend some to the grave (not my grave though).

God bless my 12 though, I hope it wins and feel it surely has a shot...
 
Also the Greek holiday ad was my bigger grower. I could not stop thinking about it and it was DULY UPGRADED accordingly

i predict a top 5 finish for bailando. everything else seems up in the air.

I think Deep Dish is in with a good shot, unless everyone marked it down for its chart success (I moved it down one place for that :o)
 
they have an essential collaboration with everything but the girl.

they're also both (still) close to royalty here as solo djs.

I liked it but it struggled in amongst lots of other tracks of a similar style I thought (in fact all of them from that style ended up struggling for me for that reason).
