TV Ratings 2020

That is quite low is it not? I would have expected better figures since it has not all been released to iplayer at once.

It's not an accurate reflection of popularity at all - it was released to iplayer on April 13, but not broadcast until April 19. The viewing figures above only include viewing when it was first broadcast and iplayer etc for a week AFTER. So anyone watching between April 13 and 19 isn't included. For a show like Killing Eve in lockdown, I bet that is at least a couple of million missing. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if you could double the figure above.

Eastenders seems to be dropping again. Not surprising considering at hasn’t really been up to much since the boat crash.

I started to watch A Mother’s Son then realised I had watched it before, so not bad viewers considering it’s a repeat.

As I've just posted, it's now DOWN on the same week last year. I imagine if it wasn't for lockdown, the figure would be even more embarrassing.

I presume the boat crash wasn’t in the Square itself :side-eye:

Anyway I only watch Coronation Street* these days for that ginger 21 year old. Wouldn’t mind sticking my key in his door :horny:

*AKA look on Google Images

Eastenders slumping very hard. You have to wonder how far down it will need to go before they start doing anything. The anniversary did very little.

If it continues to drop I guess they'll cull cast and reduce episodes, which will really set the rot in.

Yes, I enjoyed the Nest.

Normal People is also fantastic.

I found The Nest a little frustrating, to be honest. It wasn't quite as formulaic as I thought it was going to be at first, but it never really grabbed me.

Look @ The Sewing Bee go! I imagine the BBC are very happy with those figures. Apprentice aside, their reality tv output these day is really quite great. (Race Across The World, Glow Up, Drag Race UK, Interior Design Masters have all been a joy too!)

Was that the week lockdown was eased? Viewing figures have dropped considerably from the last couple of months.

No Birds of a Feather. :( I’ve been cackling away at good old DOR’ every Friday. The apple certainly doesn’t fall FAR from the tree.

Is that new? I thought it had been axed again.

Looks like there were two Birds Of A Feather episodes on Friday 15th May, at 8pm and 8.30pm. 2.653m and 2.631m respectively.
