It depends, in the bath I'm sat down so lift up, in the shower I stand on one leg and lift the other to wash, in the sink I stand on one leg and wash one foot in the sink at a time. Yes I go between the toes every time and underneath them. I have also been known to sit on the side of the bath and run the shower on them.

I just sort of balance and do my best. I’m not massively keen on the idea of slipping and dying in the shower so every day I get to feel a bit brave.

Unless they're actually caked in mud for some reason I just kind of assumed the stomping about in the soapy run off from the shower did the trick? My feet don't smell or anything so I doubt it needs more than that.

In the shower, one foot washes the other. No in between toe washing.
