Shops but not bars, cafes or restaurants. Gatherings of 10 people or less allowed. Schools gradually opening but not in Paris. Parks are still closed which is stupid really because people are gathering in smaller spaces around the Seine.

Lyon is probably the nicest city I've been to in France, was it Nuits Sonores or whatever its called? Thats pretty banging no?

Oh I also liked the big church that overlooks the city that you can climb up to with views of the city ! Plus there were some nice islands a short boat trip away

Much better than boring old Paris. My second least favourite European capital.
