A rewatch TIMETABLE

In hindsight I'm a bit disappointed that we wasted a contest from the last ten years on a spontaneous viewing that got less than 250 posts; I thought we'd agreed that we'd go for 20th century ones for those?
 
Yes but it was 2011, which also answers why it had less than 250 posts.
 
I think there's a general sense of 'ESC season is over, let's have a free for all' now, isn't there?
 
I think we can still have an agreed schedule. Just because we're not hanging on until 7.45 to find out what's showing on a Saturday doesn't mean we can't pick one and go for it ourselves.

I;m going to persist with the sync listens for a bit so Sunday at 8 and Tuesday at 8 are MINE. But otherwise, let's get some stuff together.
 
I didn't lose a leg, but I did manage to chew down my right foot three quarters of the way to the ankle during that fuckawful intro performance.

What are we doing tonight, anyway? Did we decide on EurovisionAgain?
 
I think we're doing Eurovision Again. I'm not sure if Allafestivalen 2 is the back up, but I sort of feel that it should be the main event sometime with plenty of notice so that it can be sure to get th audience it deserves.
 
I'm pencilling in Wednesday the 3rd for my Moopyvision Karaoke premiere, but depending on the length it ends up being it MIGHT be possible to be a 7PM/7:30 thing before something else.
 
Allafestivalen as backup does feel a little off.

Perhaps if it is a duplicate we can make Suomi watch 2011 again, just for being so NAUGHTY for foisting it upon us off schedule last night.

We could always schedule in an older (shorter) year after you.

also to be fair, I said my partner and I were watching one regardless so I would start a thread if there was enough interest, which initially there was.

And if Mr L suggests watching another old one (although I suspect he may be over it as well) I'll probably do the same at another point.
 
I’m going to edit the front page to show only what ones we haven’t watched, and our winners so far.
 
Perhaps it was just that dreadful intro performance, but I do kind of fear myself that I'm over it now. I didn't even make it to the songs.

I either need to do one of the older ones where they just get on with it, or one with a decent moopy audience which may carry me through. That should test it.
 
Don't be daft, we did '74 last week.

One day I'll whip up enough interest in '77. Let's just hope Penelope has enough 50p pieces for the meter to join us.
 
When are we doing another 1999 rewatch? We’ve not done a proper one in OVER A MONTH :o
 
Tonight is 2003, which we have already done.

Do we want to do 2006 as the back up?
