Yeah. It regularly does re-runs. But everyone’s seen 1997 so many times. It would be like rewatching Eurovision 1998.

Anyway I can’t bear to watch 1991, what with Carol hopping around in her pixie outfit and beating the RIGHTFUL WINNER!

#Eurovisionagain chose it! I can only assume because of Sam J. Anus.

And yes I did enjoy it! Not a golden year but there was some quality in there (France was lovely) and some absolute QoLs (Baby Doll) and the presenting car crash that just got worse and worse as the backstage Charlie kicked in was most enjoyable! :D
 
I remain disgusted that Greece came THIRTEENTH and was beaten by atonal bollocks like Sam J. Anus. Poor Sophia!
 
I definitely enjoyed it, the songs were stronger than I'd feared and the whole voting sequence was hilarious.
