Quite simple really. For every one you let in to stay for triage send the next three home to see their GP tomorrow, then another one in and three home and repeat until A&E's empty. Anybody coming back to reception to question the amount of time they're waiting or complain about something automatically loses their right to be seen so send them home. Anybody who is chatting in the waiting area or playing on their phone, send 'em home.

I had my best friend over tonight and it has lifted my spirits no end. As much as I love my kids it was so lovely to get some new adult conversation (my daughter is almost 18 but she is still a teenager). We sat and drank wine, laughed, reminisced and even cried when we saw eachother in person. I feel a lot more like myself.

No. I have an out house or granny flat at the end of my garden so she used the facilities there. We were socially distanced at all times and she drank from her own glass and had her own alcohol.
