Carpe Friday

Oh I just had someone come out and do the home report for my flat. They told me nothing. Scary. :o
 
I wore a mask all day yesterday. sorry luvs carnt do it carnt breath :(
 
I'm supposed to be going out to a work leaving do later. Too fucking hot.
 
I don't think it's hit 30 here. But once it goes over about 25 I start to wilt.
 
So because it’s slightly warmer than usual, the trains are all delayed and the platform is rammed full of cunts with suitcases who are apparently much too selfish to consider travelling outside of peak commuter times. Many of these specks of genetic waste have also decided masks are for everyone else but them. I hope their hotels are riddled with COVID and they all die.

Well you can’t get it on trains. Heaven forbid you have a BBQ in your friend’s garden though.
 
Earlier I could literally feel the hot air coming in my windows when I stood by them. Probably should have closed them. OH WELL

The wind was red hot today, i had sweaty ankles
 
It's LOVELY out now. Even an odd sprinkle of rain. Fucking AMAZING sunset.

I decided to go to the work leaving do. A very crusty trustafarian pub with a pumping sound system. Saw about 8 or 9 colleagues gathered outside as I approached, thought better of it, turned and left. Phoned another friend and went for a couple of rum cocktails in a Caribbean bar instead.
 
I had to run in the heat to catch my train to Perpignan, so of course I sweated like a pig. It’s been almost 5 hours I’m sat in this train with my mask on. I STINK.
 
I don't think it tipped 30°C here, but whatever it did was bad enough and managed to turn my bowels to liquid right on cue.
 
Tell you what though, being out now I can see the days getting shorter. It'll be winter soon enough :disco:
