Thursday’s got an Asda

no! I’m being good :) and I had onions at lunch

Jesus won’t thank you for being good when you reach the gates of heaven. In fact you will be severely punished. He gave you your starfish and sausage for a reason :)

Also, surely they have MINTY BREATH SPRAY in Japan?

I had a maccys delivered when it first came out and then remembered I dont like it.

SHOCKED (shaking and crying) that @Zu-Klara has never been in the Liverpool St Spoons  It's the former ballroom of an old hotel, DON'T YOU KNOW. Unfortunately its aesthetic delights are somewhat offset by it always being full of Essex slags squeezing in a swift three pints of Stella with accompanying Jagerbombs before their trains home. I once went to the (LOVELY) loos and a girl was sat there having a shit with the door open so that she could keep an eye on her handbag which she had placed outside the cubicle.

I’m not worried about the onions giving me bad breath, or can you use minty breath spray on your bum hole?

Anyway there won’t be anyone of note using it here, Grindr isn’t that popular with the locals and this city isn’t that big. Maybe like Reading or something

The Liverpool Street Weatherspoons Is quite impressive. I popped my head in once but the clientele were TRASH AND SCUM. And I say that with NO APOLOGY.

I usually pop in on my way home from visiting my mum, which I am doing next week. I shall have to go to DIRTY DICKS or something instead this time.

Another gorgeous sunny day so I've got the back door open with the chain-curtain up to let some air into the house. Annoying little sprogs squealing and laughing on the park are spoiling the birdsong accompaniment to my work. How dare they come and play on a bloody playground during the summer holidays?! I've a good mind to go out with the bolt croppers tonight and cut the swing chains.

:D! Why the fuck had she put it THERE?

I tried to do some meditation on tuesday and could hear a child crying, a petrol strimmer and a bus all at the same time. I miss lockdown.

Were looking to move out toward lymm for some peace and so I can wear wax jackets

Not wishing to lower the tone with my popular turd chat I KNOW AS IF, but I only ever do one in a public setting if absolutely necessary and certainly not with the DOOR OPEN (:D)

Also I don’t like doing them in those toilets with partition walls which don’t reach the floor because I always think that someone’s hand is going to appear at any minute

Hi girls

Just completed the Guardian Quick Crossword in record time, and I only had to look up 14 answers

I opened a bottle of milk just now. Not a carton, a bottle. I haven't done that for decades. I'd almost forgotten how.

The day is surely downhill from here.

A olden-days milk bottle with a foil lid! There are swathes of people nowadays who don't know that all you have to do is press gently in the middle of the foil. I get pasteurised orange juice from the shop in those bottles sometimes.

Remember sterilised milk in the really tall bottles with the crown crimp lid? Vile stuff. My gran used it for everything and the thought of the smell and taste of it can still make me gag forty-odd years later.

I had to fight the urge to pierce it before I remembered to push the centre of the lid.

My gran always had sterilised milk as well, but I'm afraid I LOVED it. Nothing better than pouring it on your Rice Krispies and then having that creamy bit with the consistency of phlegm plop out at the last minute.

It’s *THE Asda’s.

Down these parts is 'Asdawls' because of the Bristol L. Where there is a vowel sound at the end of the word we add an L to it. If it ends with an L though, we drop it.

And THE Tesco’s’s should you be a Tesco sort of girl and want to impress your date with your posh vernacular when you’re just off the shitter at Liverpool Street Wetherspoons :disco:

Living in LEAFY VICTORIA PARK VILLAGE (Or Homerton, IF YOU PREFER) I’m forced to use THE TESCOS because inexplicably Hackney doesn’t have a WAITROSE yet.
