When i was about NINE I used to tell people I liked DANCE rather than pop because it was cooler and because I genuinely was into the Vengaboys and Alice Deejay (DJ) and the like. Not really sure where I'm going with this. Only that I never really learnt what genre is what I suppose. Like I never learnt what EDM is for example (in my old job it was "European Developing Markets" so I assume not the same in music terms?
