ISTJ
Introvert(19%) Sensing(31%) Thinking(19%) Judging(12%)
  • You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (19%)
  • You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (31%)
  • You have slight preference of Thinking over Feeling (19%)
  • You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (12%)
Omg we’re the same except I’m an extrovert, ei a SLUT.

Apparently ISTJs make up 12% of the population and is the most common type among men.

I’d love to see how prevalent the type is among fans of Eurovision and the like, I bet it’s massive - correlations with autism apparently...

ESTJ
Extravert(1%) Sensing(9%) Thinking(62%) Judging(22%)
  • You have marginal or no preference of Extraversion over Introversion (1%)
  • You have slight preference of Sensing over Intuition (9%)
  • You have distinct preference of Thinking over Feeling (62%)
  • You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (22%)
I never quite know how to answer these things. I'm very different at work than I am with my friends etc. and my mood very much dictates how introverted/extroverted I'm feeling one day to the next.

Does the description of ESTJ ring true to you (I mean an actual description rather than those meaningless bullet points people keep posting)? You’re clearly bang in the middle on some of them.

Didn't see that before, but just read, and yes very much so! Moreso than the ISTJ which I would've assumed I'd have got.

ISTJ

  • You have marginal or no preference of Sensing over Intuition (1%)
  • You have moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (38%)

Generally I’d agree. I’ve always thought of myself as an introvert with extrovert tendencies when with my friends.

2013

ISTJ
Introvert(78%) Sensing(25%) Thinking(1%) Judging(22%)
You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (78%)
You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (25%)
You have marginal or no preference of Thinking over Feeling (1%)
You have slight preference of Judging over Perceiving (22%)

I'd say it's reasonably accurate.

Surprised I'm supposedly less introverted than I was seven years ago. I certainly hate other people a lot more.

Tradition is important to the ESTJ. Holidays, birthdays and other annual celebrations are remembered and observed often religiously by this type. The ESTJ is inclined to seek out his roots, to trace the family heritage back to honored ancestors both for a sense of family respectability and for a sense of security and belonging.

Service, the tangible expression of responsibility, is another key focus for ESTJs. They love to provide and to receive good service. The ESTJ merchant who provides dependable service has done much to enhance his or her self image.

ESTJs have an acute sense for orthodoxy. Much of their evaluation of persons and activities reflects their strong sense of what is "normal" and what isn't. ESTJ humor is frequently centered around something or someone being off center or behaving abnormally.

ESTJs promote the work ethic. Power, position and prestige should be worked for and earned. Laziness is rarely viewed with ambivalence nor benevolence by this type.

The ESTJ is outspoken, a person of principles, which are readily expressed. The ESTJ is not afraid to stand up for what he or she believes is right even in the face of overwhelming odds. ESTJs are able to make the tough calls.

Occupations attracting ESTJs include teaching, coaching, banking, political office, and management at all levels.

Sounds about right but a lot of these are clearly down to the fact I'm a CANCER :disco:

INFJ, but typically in ALL of these type of things, I sit almost in the middle on all areas. So I wasn't surprised that my %s were low. I come very close to a ISFJ and a INTJ.

Basically, I'm an indecisive bitch.

But my INFJ description was largely accurate.

I think we've done that one a couple of times, possibly more. Not for a while, though...

ESFP (Same as @Jark, which I can kind of see)

"Where's the party?" ESFPs love people, excitement, telling stories and having fun. The spontaneous, impulsive nature of this type is almost always entertaining. And ESFPs love to entertain -- on stage, at work, and/or at home. Social gatherings are an energy boost to these "people" people. Yes, but not as extreme as this sounds.

SPs sometimes think and talk in more of a spider-web approach. Several of my ESFP friends jump from thought to thought in mid-sentence, touching here or there in a manner that's almost incoherent to the listener, but will eventually cover the waterfront by skipping on impulse from one piece of information to another. It's really quite fascinating.I hope not!

New! ESFPs are attracted to new ideas, new fashions, new gadgets, new ______. Perhaps it's the newness of life that attracts ESFPs to elementary education, especially to preschool and kindergarten. Maybe a little bit

ESFPs love to talk to people about people. YES!
Some of the most colorful storytellers are ESFPs. Their down-to-earth, often homespun wit reflects a mischievous benevolence. :D but I think so.
Almost every ESFP loves to talk. Some can be identified by the twenty minute conversation required to ask or answer a simple factual question. Yes, maybe too much sometimes.

ISFJ
Introvert(59%) Sensing(9%) Feeling(19%) Judging(25%)

ISFJs are characterized above all by their desire to serve others, their "need to be needed." In extreme cases, this need is so strong that standard give-and-take relationships are deeply unsatisfying to them; however, most ISFJs find more than enough with which to occupy themselves within the framework of a normal life.

I had forgotten I’d done this and that I’m such needy for need…which actually tracks.

Just did this on @Pingu's recommendation. I got ESTJ, which is the same as @Tisch!

OH! I am your total inverse MBTI wise. INFP-in-real-life-if-left-to-my-own-devices but with ENFJ-at-work leadership tendencies. So a natural Idealist-Mediator type with a Protagonist leadership approach. I’m values driven, imaginative, great at human insight, and a good sense-maker - but also prone to feeling misunderstood, crying, and being completely unable to explain my own feelings, decisions, or motivations with logic or clarity. I have been told that I’m also unmanageable by two bosses because my motivations are mysterious/paradoxical. Amazing.

I just did this and got ISFP (with a bonus -T for TURBULENT, but with a 51/49 split, so I'm not accepting that feedback, thank you). I'm pretty sure I get a different thing every time.

I wondered if a thread for MBTI existed on Moopy, and yes it does  I first mistyped as ENFJ, even ESFJ, ENFP for a while too (this was when I was still at school, and tricked myself into being an extrovert).
I sometimes get INFP (which was my favourite 'character' on 16Personalities)

Today I did that test again; I've been
typing as an INTP since 2020

INTP

Introvert iNtuitive Thinking Perceiving

Your trait preferences:

  • moderate (34%) preference of Introversion over Extraversion
  • slight (22%) preference of Intuition over Sensing
  • slight (12%) preference of Thinking over Feeling
  • slight (9%) preference of Perceiving over Judging
(Then again I put uncertain for most :D)

Think Velma from Scooby-Doo 🤓 Mr Bean, also for matching Enneagram types, Garfield and Patrick Star.

Edit: update below

Haha wait I mistyped again, actually ENTP.

ENTP

Extravert iNtuitive Thinking Perceiving

Your trait preferences:

  • marginal or no (1%) preference of Extraversion over Introversion
  • moderate (25%) preference of Intuition over Sensing
  • slight (6%) preference of Thinking over Feeling
  • moderate (34%) preference of Perceiving over Judging
Paired with 9w8 Enneagram so not the typical debater stereotype, often more 🤗 (friendly and welcoming yet held back by default).

The cognitive function Fe is more pronounced; that explains my initial ExFJ and mistyping best. I attempt wit or brainstorm ideas by default (Ne) haha. 😅

I do isolate myself and tend to be alone yet it doesn't exactly re-energise me. Moopy has somewhat helped in feeling like I am interacting with others. After I visit somewhere (like meeting up with a friend) at a new place, I often wish I was there for longer.

Same type as Queen Iduna from Frozen, Jim from The Office (don't really know the latter but same Enneagram combination), also ENTPs are Buck from Ice Age 3, Enya's sister Olive, Vitamin C, and Céline Dion. :disco:
