Obviously very much in and glad it's cleared up that well known original songs but less well known covers seems to be the acceptable route of entry. Hopefully that extends to well known acts doing covers (e.g Alanis Morissette covers Barbie Girl or something), although that's playing with fire hoping people won't know it. But gives a bit more wriggle room for allowing a "big" artist. In theory.
But yes, if we get, I don't know, Orange Caramel present a cover of THAT REALLY WELL KNOWN SONG by Swet Shop Boys that wasn't even their Song For Moopy one, then I'd be inclined to rank it lower. Unless it's amazing, in which case I'd feel shit and have to rate it high. But that would counter how I'm likely to be voting for the other songs. But then, I suppose I could just look up the original. Okay, I'm at peace now.

I'm actually going to pass on this one. Mainly because none of the ones I wanted to enter are on youtube AND spotify (one was on neither) and I don't want to enter something horrible.
