OT: omg <3 (SAS is my job)

I am shocked that this analysis wasn't being done in SAS or even R quite frankly.
Is he in the UK? I can give you the names of some bloodsucking vulture cunts erm I mean recruitment agencies.I'll tell him to chin up. he's a SAS pro but without a job and Miss Rona hasn't made it easy to find someone hiring
Also the public sector is always hiring analysts so tell him to keep that in mind.I'll tell him to chin up. he's a SAS pro but without a job and Miss Rona hasn't made it easy to find someone hiring

I’m sorry are all the case numbers being collated on a single EXCEL SPREADSHEET![]()

It’s all your fault for not being mates with these fuckwitsAs someone barely scraping together a living (and constantly under threat) in IT and could've done better than this when I was about 8, it frustrates me no end that people who can barely operate a mouse are being given billions of pounds to look after something vital for the nation's health![]()
I can't see how there's any way out of this, social distancing for life for anyone who isn't under 18 or over 50. Keeps us in the perfect position of "get up, go to work, come home, go to bed"
You’re darn right.I’m sure more thought has been put into collating ASFM scores.
The predictive text error is quite telling.PAPA NEW GUINEA.
I don’t think it is sustainable to keep all working age adults in a position where they have to socially distance indefinitely? If for no other reason, the service economy cannot be expected to continue operating under-capacity forever (and also the birth rate would FALL THROUGH THE FLOOR in a few years?!).
That said, I can see a scenario where vulnerable people have had a vaccine, they state that social distancing is no longer necessary and the economy returning to “normal” - alongside a big comms push basically telling 18-50 year olds to get out there. However, without a vaccine, lots of people are going to feel really uneasy about doing that.

Announcement will be tomorrow, but reading between the lines basically sounds like pubs and restaurants will be closed

She said there will not be another lockdown.Announcement will be tomorrow, but reading between the lines basically sounds like pubs and restaurants will be closed

Is closing pubs and restaurants not another lockdown?

We just got an email telling us we now have to wear masks at all times, not just when we're away from our desks. I think it might be time for me to lose the beard![]()
I think politically she will try to avoid describing it as such even if we would. She said there will not be another lockdown.
