I don't think so. You may well have bumped into her drawing water at the well, though.
 
I really want to go to the seaside now. And proper sea, not the crappy old Bristol channel.

Yes I know what you mean! IoW does have lovely beaches. Little Dannii played in the sand for the first time the other day at Bournemouth and loved it

By public transport you're actually one of the easiest places to get to with proper nice beaches.

I can't deny I prefer Cornwall, but really you may as well WALK as bother with public transport.

Little Kylie and Dannii would actually love the island. You should look into visiting for a few days in the summer. So many family friendly beaches and places to visit.

Cornwall is lovely. But how people can say the iow is backwards and then visit Cornwall shocks me. Even I find it old fashioned there.

It's very much the appeal. The Rame Peninsula in particular really is somewhere that time has forgotten. I adore it there.

He'll have to be careful. He's of the age where they capture them in nets on the island and stick him in a home.
