#5 in the early mids. also the longest running iTunes number one of the year to date apparently. not having much playlist support has really prevented this song from properly SMASHING (not just UK but globally)

It seems to keep climbing in the mids and then dropping back by Friday. Presumably that's a streaming thing?

Poor Miley. I guess having a proper pop chorus doesn't compute with Spotify's beige algorithm these days. :(
 
I don't know if I'd trust OCC as a source @Iguana hun - I hope so, but they also said Midnight Sky was produced by Max Martin. I don't think they actually have much insider info.
 
If she wasn’t that interested in doing albums then I’m not sure I actually want one :(

I really do hope it's coming within six weeks. I'm just worried about how I'll even START to order my best albums of '20 list with even more contenders on the way :(

I believe streaming is always a day behind due to how long it takes to get the info so it’s always skewed towards those that are selling well digitally as all three days of digital sales are included but only two of streaming.
 
She's going to give us an 80s stadium rock album isn't she? With 80s movie soundtrack vibes thrown in. I can't even.
 
inches up to another new peak of 6 this week. I think that hot top 5 might be out of the question now but still, what a run. the UK may have almost uniformly terrible taste in everything but at least, AT LEAST, we stan Miley Cyrus... :disco:
 
The full Gimme More was fantastic. I almost wanted to her to go even more rock on it.
 
That is fab! I've always loved Communication and it suits her so well. She has a really quite Moopy music taste doesn't she :D

I wonder if it's in the ALBAM?
