I remember this (well only the two first lines) from English lessons in fifth grade back in end of 80’s in Baghdad. Still use it today to remember the number of days in each month.

It actually took me MANY TIMES to work out what way to hold your knuckles so I'm not sure it's all that good.

Who did decide what months should have 31 days and others only 30? And why did poor February only get 28? I feel like this is something that isn’t discussed and challenged enough.
