Butterfly is so EUROPOP! I think it's one of my favourite things about early 00s Kylie - her sound was SO EUROPEAN (I know she is not). You could not have mistaken her for an American popstar.

Love this SPICY, MYSTERIOUS, JUNGLE vibe with the dramatic strings during the verses of Under the Influence of Love :disco: makes me want to don DISCO CAMOUFLAGE and go on a GAY, OVERPRICED SAFARI with a group of rich tourists who will succumb to fever one by one and a tour guide who will shag me silly on the final night.

the super-sweet chorus does ruin that fantasy somewhat.

I love how much the homos love to hate Kids. I know she airs it out on tour more often than Trump wheels out Crooked Hillary's emails during his own Greatest Hits tour, but it really is quite an enjoyable song. Kylie and Robbie had good chemistry and it's a bit of an ANTHEM.
