I remember having a problem once, a few years ago. If you're buying more than one thing you don't have to buy them separately, but as you said there was a problem if you go to checkout and then go back. Although obviously I don't know if that is still the case or indeed what happened here.

Am I right in thinking that when an order is placed but not yet dispatched, you can see it as pending? If so, perhaps someone who is having problems could message you after placing an order to see if it is there, and you can then see if it appears and we get the cash.

It's a real shame to miss out on moopy getting the cash - you can see from above how much all the little amounts add up to. And it would be lovely to round off what has been an amazing year for moopy with some sort of prize event, but clearly we can only do that if we have a healthy bank balance.
