I'm going to return it. I don't want the standard version otherwise.

MY FAVOURITE ON THE ALBUM![]()
so far. I liked it all though. And nothing impressed me less than Magic when I first heard it. It did all kind of melt into one a bit, but I expect that's at least partly due to the nature of the listen.DISCO Albums this year so far
1. Jessie Ware
2. Dua Lipa
3. Róisín Murphy
4. Kylie
But this could GROW
I would call it for Jessie too, although Future Nostalgia is probably my AOTY. But Jessie certainly nailed the disco brief the best. Roisin's album is a totally different kind of disco from Jessie's, which really illustrates my point about how much room Kylie had to play with here, and how narrow the end result feels.DISCO Albums this year so far

Tbf this is probably about right. It doesn't in any way invalidate Kylie's effort though.

And that said, Say Something is probably my favourite song from any of those four albums, closely followed by Remember Where You Are![]()

Looking at that list of four albums (and again after only one listen of Disco under less than ideal conditions), the one thing that seems apparent to me is that the other three were clearly more ambitious.
