Loreen sings in Swedish - 'Du Är Min Man', 'Alice', 'Jag Är En Vampyr', 'Jul, Jul, Strålande Jul'

Two singles from the TV show 'Så Mycket Bättre' was released this week. Next week Loreen will interpret Markus Larsson's 'Jag är en vampyr', and on the 20th she will lead the Swedish Christmas Choir singing “Jul, jul strålande jul”.

Actually the first one is great, having had a second watch. It says quite a lot about this autotuned hell world in which we live that I’m always astonished that she can sound as good as she does in a live context and she isn’t miming

The first one is a gem and will probably top the Swedish charts in a few days!!
Of course it helps when the original is a signature song for two of Sweden’s biggest celebrities Helene Sjöholm & Benny Andersson and is the most succesfull svensktoppen song of all time. It was 1st for more then a year and on the charts for more than 5.

The second song is more lyrically driven and there’s no characteristic melody to base a new interpretation on. The story of the original is great though.

I was surprised she kept with the melody so well for 'Du E Min Man'

It's #28 on Spotify today, up from #47 yesterday.
Not bad considering her promotional effort extends no further than a FB post.
