Yesterday was pretty traumatic, in terms of the collective mental health and associated behaviours going on in this house. Today is a lot more relaxed. Sent off my Xmas cards.

Ironically have a telephone psychiatrist appointment tomorrow morning to try and get my "condition" removed from my record. Almost feels like a stitch-up doing it around the shortest days of the year during a pandemic.
