Haven't slept. That bugger Acaster made me think as well as laugh. The swine.
 
HIYA! Woke up with a sore head after cracking open the Talisker last night. BUSY DAY for LUCY. Off to the market with MUM, then haircut, then the dreaded trip to the driving range which I only agreed to because I was DRUNK.

Morning! I had to wake up at 4:45 am for work and I feel like I'm going to die. I don't have to go to the driving range at least

Basically helping people with special needs get jobs. And today is one of their first days at a new job. So I get to be in a McDonald's starting at 6... I only have to get up this early for work maybe 3 times a year but it is miserable

I opened up what I thought was the Paul McCartney thread but actually it was Cyberpunk and saw a post that said RIP. That would have added some excitement to the day
 
you're getting two weeks off so just DRINK LOADS OF COFFEE, put TAYLOR SWIFT ON and GET THROUGH IT! and maybe treat yourself to a bottle of something ALCOHOLIC tonight?

well congratulations on doing something meaningful worth getting up at 5am for. all I've done this morning is discuss Taylor Swift on slack and grind my teeth at the latest rounds of "client feedback" that I'm too HUNGRY to ACTION YET.

God I hate action as a verb.

it means i have to POLISH a TURD and PRODUCE a DIAMOND.

Luckily i am quite good at my job and more than capable of DOING SO!

but currently I'm just sat romanticising about cardigans and coney island forevermore :( i need a hit of MOTIVATION.

Well thank you! But I normally don't have to get up nearly this early, and getting up early sucks no matter what it is for (even vacation), so please keep on complaining!

Well I got the ‘fun for @Zu-Klara barber’ rather than the sexy young son, but there has been NO MENTION of golfing so far today so I’m hoping that’s been forgotten about.
