Have you tried Savoy cabbage? I don’t think I have. It does really look pretty but I don’t know if it can be eaten raw in a sallad (and I don’t cook).

I like savoy, and the leaves work well raw as wraps (if you're a bit middle class healthy at times like me)

I of course eat a healthy middle class sallad once or twice a month (more so in the summer) in between all the trash food.
