GOT7 – Look

My favourite Korean boyband now, the multi-national GOT7. The hottest ones are Korean, but there are a few Thai guys and a Chinese guy too. They have been gradually rising in popularity in the States, but it seems BTS has gotten in their way more than opening a door. Still, this is AWESOME.
 
Now THESE boys would get it - two of them have their own sub-unit which was all my BL fantasies come true

Sayuri Ishikawa - Amagi goe

There was a comment last time about there being no Enka, so here we are – a sharp turn back into Japanese culture with one of the all-time famous Enka songs. Enka is a traditional Japanese music style, often poetic ballads with traditional instruments and vocalisation.

Top of the A-List of Enka is Sayuri Ishikawa, whose 40 year career has made her one of the most beloved Japanese artists of all time. And this 1986 song is one of her all-time classics.
 
Miki Asakura - What a feeling (Flashdance)

Another returning ASFM artist is the much-loved Miki Asakura, whose cover of Bonnie Tyler’s “(Holding out for a) Hero” was the moral winner of Buttervision. She’s up to her old tricks now, with this 1983 cover of the Irene Cara hit.
