It's okay, the guy is a science officer while she is in command, going by the Star Trek TOS uniforms they're wearing
What’s all this shit that’s gone off at the Irish boarder then?!![]()

That's the way to do it if you're going to lockdown. Whereas we open up when we have thousands of cases a day. That's why I never thought UK lockdowns would work..One single case recorded in Perth and they go into a 5 day lockdown. Mad, but wise.
Meanwhile 1000+ deaths a day is no longer headline newsOne single case recorded in Perth and they go into a 5 day lockdown. Mad, but wise.

Captain Tom has tested positive for covid. He's been taken to hospital.

I facetimed one of my best friends today and she said this. She's ropeable, but fully gets it - it's what they need to do.
Why on earth we are so different is beyond words.

We did everything we could
Well it’s either that or CRY and had quite enough of that !I can't stop laughing at this!
Sad and pathetic really. You’re winning the vaccine war and according to the press here, that has made Brexit a lot more popular.![]()
The grim reaper.
Well supposedly demand for 'staycations' (UGH) is already high. I thought I'd book it now (as long as I can get a refund) rather than wait and then be left with nowhere decent when this perpetual purgatory finally ends.Sounds sensible.
We always go on a walking holiday to Wales every year and I'm thinking of booking a cottage for end of Sept. Will also make sure I'm covered for cancellation..

I’ve just seen how bad the numbers are round here. Nearby Bolsover, Mansfield and Ashfield are all at 400+ cases per 100,000, some of the highest in the country. We’re a bit lower at 314 but still the highest it’s been here.
We are slightly down on last week, although only by 16 cases in my district. Are the figures falling, though?
We're at 295 now. My postal district is 193.

There is that but this area is mainly just a collection of villages so it is a tad worrying, particularly for local hospitals, care homes etc.314 is the highest it’s been? That’s quite impressive considering the national average was in the 700 region at the start of the month.
Good to know they're FINALLY doing something useful I supposeTrack and trace have just turned up at our front door!

omg why on Earth do they put ‘begins’ in inverted commas?!
The tv channels should refuse to show these live and just broadcast the need to know information.Hancock is on. He's using the AZ vaccine as political Brexit propaganda. Disgraceful.
