So I've just bought a new phone even although I'd really rather have saved the money, but it won't arrive until Saturday. The next few days will be fun

We've now had our 4th Receptionist go off long term with stress.

2 have been off for 6 months already.

I almost want to cry, but also I'm now thinking of doing bets on who goes next.

Yesterday I got shout at by a client because we didn't have a vet for one day and should she "tell her cat not to be sick on a Wednesday, if he does it's your fault".

Despite the fact I offered her an appt at two of our other sites, and the cat had been sick for 5 days.
