Monday struggles to whittle down its Eurovision 100 shortlist

I got out of bed, checked my emails and then came back to make my bed. Instead I've climbed back in it.

I just want to sleep until life is somewhat interesting again.

Now I remember why I started smoking again in Lockdown 1.0, it really is a fabulous way to PASS THE TIME!

I’ve been walking A LOT this last week and intend to continue... I just find my thoughts getting kind of busy and going around in circles when I’m sat inside. Something about fresh air helps organise them.

That and there’s FUCK ALL TO DO.

Why has no queen made a mashup of Rena Rama Ding Dong and UK Hun yet?

I’m WAITING.

Oh, it’s the tits. People can’t even criticise me for it being dangerous, since just walking into a shop is an extreme sport these days so everyone’s taking risks.

That said, it’s a terrible, expensive habit and you’re better off without.

I've managed to drag myself from bed to sofa, still in a horizontal position. luckily week 7 is a holiday week for most people here so there's shit all to do anyway and the one e-mail I've had can wait till next week :)

Hello lovelies
I’m still in bed, trying to work up the courage to get up and out.
Also, could someone change ‘it’s’ to ‘its’ in the thread title.
This alone made me write in the daily thread this morning.
All I can say is ‘Panagia mou, Panagia mou!’ (for whoever gets the reference)

I got out of bed, have had a housework blitz, sent a few emails about work and teaching.

It's now 11pm and have nothing to do.

The melt has revealed the snow has done a proper job on some of my favourite plants.
Ffs.

I need to find a PERSON WITH A VAN who can not only move my stuff for me, but also take some things to the tip

Hopefully some warmer temperatures coz the cold has been my excuse not to go out jogging *contemplates winter fat* :square:

we are seeing one last snowstorm today, then it'll shift to above zero. which sounds good on paper but you just know it means rain and wind :(

In all fairness if we are out of lockdown soon then I don’t really care, and he can come and go as he pleases.

I miss work days where I can just sit and tinker with spreadsheets instead of doing manager and leader-y stuff. I've just spent the day working with polynomial equations and it's been delightful.

I've been ill since Wednesday night but I'm starting to feel a bit better now. The symptoms ticked all of the Rona boxes but my test on Saturday came back negative yesterday. All my family and work are like yay you haven't got it and all I'm wondering is what the feck is wrong with me then?!

I've had tinnitus in both ears since my early twenties (hearing damage from working in a factory and not always using my earplugs), it rarely bothers me but now, being ill, it's developed into hearing my heartbeat behind my eardrum in my right ear and underneath my jawbone which is very annoying and disconcerting.

Has @lolly been back yet?
