Electricity follow-up from Mark Ronson and Diplo, going on 3 years later.

out Friday. looks like our Ellie is serving HIGH CAMP in the video and apparently it's disco...

It doesn't sound like a hit really, and the chorus is a bit annoying, but its not exactly bad
 
I wasn't sure at all but then that wonderful middle 8 hit which made it worth it. chorus is definitely overly repetitive - let's see how it grows with time

not Ellie writing a 4 word sentence and calling it a chorus, guess old habits die hard :( but this bangs a bit, she misses the charts and traded all that for artistic GROWTH so I hope this is a hit, though it's no Electricity

Disappointed, but then I don’t know why because I do think she’s overrated. The sound was not made for her sort of vocal. Could have been better. It’s OKAY I guess.
 
It is so early nineties I agree. The chorus as it is would be fine if there were a second part that went somewhere else.

Never mind. We all know that DISCO IS VERY HARD
