I've been awake since 7.20 so i decided to go on a nice long-ish run. sun's shining, it was beautiful and I beat my best distance and I don't have much or possibly any work for today (yet!) so I intend to do a whole lot of NADA except CHILLIN'

I’m ALWAYS angry first thing in the morning. I usually calm down around 10.

An interview I did is in the paper today - it's v. nice but a little strange in that it doesn't really read as an interview, but the chance for the journalist to write an essay about my experiences and her own, with quotes from my conversation or my book thrown in. Still, I'm not complaining. She was nice enough to initiate the opportunity for me.
